Christina Rollo is a Fine Art Nature Photographer who seeks captivating moments. Life in beautiful central New York offers a wide variety of photo opportunities. Her passion for animals has led her to take many photos of wild animals, pets, nature and scenery, as well as a variety of other subjects. Her interest in all living things challenges her to capture stunning memorable images.
Christina says, "My photographic journey began in 2006 when someone challenged me to photograph a hummingbird in flight. I've always had a strong connection to nature and animals as well as a natural ability for photography, art, and design. My skills have developed from within my heart and reflect my true passion to protect wildlife and preserve nature. I'm drawn to color and compelled to capture it! I welcome all creative opportunities. I love the outdoors and everything living that exists on earth."
Christina was born and raised in central New York, where she enjoys spending most of her time outdoors in nature. Ever since she was a child she felt a strong connection with animals, and was shy around people. Later in life she learned to be more outgoing, but to this day, still prefers the solitude of a quiet walk in the woods. She has spent countless hours observing nature. She is able to capture her impressive images because she knows her subjects well. Christina has won numerous awards for her photography including the Joyce KL Smith Environmental Photography Competition, Photographer's Forum Magazine, and a YouNews Prep Sports award, just to name a few. Her work has exhibited at a number of locations in central New York.

For me to pick a favorite is near on impossible, but this one stole my heart - and considering I am a bird lover, that's saying a great deal about the art of Christina!
Adorable and very emotive work, and that is not even mentioning the beautiful work behind the capture that captured my emotions.
